:: In 1985, the family firm HOLDING Service takes over the company ATTUM, whose line of activity is precision sheet metal fabrication. ATTUM is based in Aulnay sous Bois, near Paris (93).
:: In 1991, SYSTEMES, based in Villeneuve sur Yonne is bought out by HOLDING. This company was in the same line of business as ATTUM, but in different fields. This synergy leads to the activities being brought together on the site at Villeneuve sur Yonne.
:: In 1992, a third firm, Sotrasur, joins the group and adds epoxy surface treatment to the range of activities, thus completing the global service offer.
::The group's activities are spread over three sites: production, surface treatment and integration.
:: In 2005, the three companies HOLDING, ATTUM and SYSTEMES merged as a limited company, under the name SYSTEMES-ATTUM.
